By creating a Heartbeat account you agree to these terms. Read carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under the laws of Malawi or Zambia. Providing false age information is grounds for permanent ban and possible legal action.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Use real photos of yourself. Impersonation, fake profiles, or catfishing will result in immediate account termination.
The "Verified" badge is granted only after our team reviews the selfie + government ID you submit. Fabricated documents result in a permanent ban.
Subscriptions are billed via Pesapal and renew monthly. You can cancel any time by contacting support. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Launch discount (50% off for the first 500 subscribers) is a one-time promotion.
You may NOT upload: nudity or sexually explicit content, images of minors, violent content, images of others without their consent, or content that promotes hate, harassment, scams, or illegal activity. Photos are subject to automated moderation and manual review.
Never send money to anyone you meet on Heartbeat. Meet in public places for first dates. Report suspicious behaviour immediately using the in-app Report tool. Heartbeat is not responsible for offline conduct of users.
We may suspend or delete your account for any violation of these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.
Heartbeat is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, connections, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
